The American Lamb Board is working to build demand for American Lamb through a variety of marketing programs and activities including consumer events, media outreach, culinary education, foodservice and retail promotions, online advertising, social marketing, and more. While the majority of ALB funds are used for marketing, ALB also has an industry outreach program to keep the industry informed about ALB’s programs and resources and funds research to monitor market condition and evaluate the effectiveness of lamb checkoff programs.
